AUSTRALIA'S OVA TRAINING SPECIALISTS

Threat Protect Training is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO 52880) and part of the Intelligent Monitoring Group. Our instructors bring more than a decade of operational experience across government departments and private organisations, spanning a wide range of industries and high-risk environments.

Generic safety courses don't prepare people for real aggression. Every Threat Protect program is incident-driven, sector-specific, and delivered by experienced practitioners. We've trained 16,000+ staff across 150+ organisations in every state and territory.

As one of the first training organisations in Australia to embrace reality-based training, our methodology gives your people the kind of preparation that only comes from working at the coalface.

THE T.P.R.S. FRAMEWORK™

The T.P.R.S. Framework™ is the structured methodology behind every Threat Protect program, developed from over a decade of real-world operations. While many courses focus on theory, the T.P.R.S. Framework™ develops practical decision-making under pressure: a repeatable system your people can apply, not a list of dos and don'ts.

Registered & Verified
All programs delivered under the T.P.R.S. Framework are assessed to ASQA standards (RTO #52880) and produce nationally recognised outcomes.

T
Threat
Identify and assess threats before they escalate. Situational awareness, behavioural cues, and early warning recognition form the foundation of every safe response.
P
Protect
Deploy protective actions to safeguard staff, clients, and bystanders. Environment control, safe positioning, and protective intervention in high-risk settings.
R
Response
Execute trained, proportionate responses under pressure, including verbal, procedural, and physical responses — all within legal and WHS frameworks.
S
System
A structured, evidence-informed framework designed for real-world workplaces. Not theory in isolation — a practical framework your team can embed from day one.

NOT ALL TRAINING IS EQUAL

Our programs go beyond slides and role-play. Participants train through realistic scenarios built around their actual workplace — so when a situation escalates, the response is already instinctive, not improvised.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Google Review
★★★★★
"We'd tried two other providers before this and neither stuck. The Threat Protect session was different — it was built around what actually happens in our ED, not a generic aggression script. Our nurses walked out talking about it, which never happens. The post-session report was a bonus — gave us exactly what we needed for our WHS audit."

"We recently engaged Threat Protect Training to deliver Aggression Management and Prevention training to our team and the results have been outstanding. The training was professional, practical and highly relevant to situations our staff may face. I would highly recommend Threat Protect to any organisation looking to strengthen their staff capability in this area. Their expertise and delivery have been first class."

"We've used a lot of training providers. Most of our guys tune out within the first hour. Not this time. The scenarios were realistic, the trainer didn't talk down to experienced operatives, and the defensive tactics component was current. This is the one we'll be rolling out across the rest of our team."

"Threat Protect delivered personal safety training for our Harcourts staff over two days. The sessions included a great balance of theory and practical components and our staff not only enjoyed themselves but took away valuable knowledge and skills. Highly recommend Threat Protect — professional, engaging and genuinely passionate about keeping people safe."
