Threat Protects offer a range of solutions and are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in delivering training on minimising, managing and resolving incidents of aggression and violence in the workplace. We work closely with each of the businesses that we engage with, to understand your needs and develop a customised program to ensure the best outcome. 

This includes the provision of accredited and non-accredited training courses to government agencies and private organisations with staff working in high risk environments.

Threat Protects training aims at maximising the safety of front-line staff that interact with the public in a range of potentially challenging situations including staff working in areas such as Security, Healthcare, Municipal Law Enforcement and other high-risk environments. Providing quality training systems, we prepare personnel to survive physical, mental and emotional conflict in high risk situations.

Threat Protect engage only the most highly qualified and competent trainers with expert knowledge and many years’ experience in their relevant areas of training delivery. With extensive backgrounds in areas such as law enforcement, military, close personal protection, security, healthcare, counter terrorism and other fields relevant to the scope of training.

This means our trainers can draw from a diverse range of industry leading programs, as well as their own personal skills and knowledge, to deliver high quality training content that has been tried and tested in a myriad of high-risk scenarios by different organisations and agencies across the globe.

Some of the international systems that Threat Protect Trainers are qualified in include:

• ISR Matrix – a leading US based Defensive Tactics System for Law Enforcement and Military
• S.P.E.A.R System – a close quarter combat system developed by Tony Blauer in Canada in the 1980’s that is consistently updated and improved to reflect the current environment.
• HFRG/PPCT – A US based Threat Pattern recognition, use of force system that is backed by extensive research and development and utilised by hundreds of law enforcement, defence, correctional and other government agencies worldwide.
